The Wynn Method of Advocacy™ understands every child and parent is at a different point in their educational and IEP journey.
Our Method of interviewing parents and reviewing plans is considered, within the most respected people in the advocating community, to be the new standard. Wynn Advocacy is designed to be affordable and offer the highest level of attention, professionalism, and most importantly — "EXPERTISE" — available in the Educational Advocate space.
Wynn Advocacy founder Stephanie Wynn has almost two decades of fighting and advocating for families across multiple states and on multiple coasts. Her standards and methods are second to none. Her reputation in school districts is becoming legendary.
Our team does not believe in running from a fight or kicking the can down the road because it is convenient for the school, the teachers, or the district. There are many great teachers and amazing districts, and many of them may have the best intentions. Wynn Advocacy makes sure your child's rights are protected according to federal and local law, regardless of intention. We are not attacking teachers — we are protecting our children.
Our team, during the discovery process, has in some cases escalated families immediately to "due process" when those families' rights have been neglected — in an effort to help families and children catch up and get the education they are entitled to. When warranted, Wynn Advocacy recommends cases to the best educational legal teams available.
"We have filed due process and won with no contest! Thank You Stephanie! She taught me so much and opened my eyes to how much I didn't know about the IEP process."

Below you will see a series of plans. Price does not determine expertise or efficiency — our team is designed for only one thing: to make sure your child's rights are being met. In many cases this can happen with a single consultation or through a few meetings. In some cases, much more work and representation is required.
So every client starts with a free and CANDID consultation. The outcome of the conversation is discovering and determining exactly where you are as a parent and where your child is as a student in their IEP or 504 journey. Once our experts determine this, they share with you what you might need and make suggestions.
In some cases it can be as simple as attending our workshops and making sure you are clear on your student's and parental rights. In other cases, a single meeting or two combined with a virtual appearance might be the solution. In some cases, the Annual Engagement Plan (AEP) is what is needed.
Annual Engagement Plans are executed by only a few members of our team with the deepest level of experience. In most cases we are not recommending annual, as the dedication of time and energy needed from our team is more than the family might need. The majority of our clients use a few of our options to help craft and polish their child's educational journey at the highest level.
Choose the support option that fits your current needs. Every journey starts with a free consultation.

Common questions from Nevada parents about hiring an IEP advocate.
Wynn Advocacy offers flexible options for Nevada families: $99 for first-time virtual meeting support, $300/hr for consultation and IEP document review, $325 per school meeting for full advocacy support, and $5,950 for our comprehensive Annual Engagement Plan. Every client starts with a free 15-minute consultation.
Free parent education resources and nonprofit organizations in Nevada provide valuable general information about IEP rights. Wynn Advocacy provides proactive, hands-on advocacy — we review your child's specific documents, prepare you for meetings, and attend IEP meetings virtually to advocate alongside you in real time. We don't just educate you about the process — we fight for results.
Disability advocacy legal centers typically focus on legal referrals and rights information. They don't usually attend your child's school meetings or review IEP documents line-by-line. Wynn Advocacy works proactively at every stage — before, during, and after meetings — and we connect families with attorneys only when legal action is genuinely needed. We're parent-centered advocates, not a legal hotline.
An IEP advocate reviews your child's documents before the meeting, helps you prepare goals and concerns, attends the meeting virtually to advocate alongside you in real time, ensures the school follows IDEA procedures, and provides post-meeting follow-up. Wynn Advocacy's advocates are experienced with CCSD, WCSD, and school districts across Nevada.
Consider hiring an advocate if: your child isn't making progress on their IEP, the school is denying services or evaluations, you feel overwhelmed by the process, or you have an upcoming meeting and want expert support. Nevada's school districts serve hundreds of thousands of students — having an advocate ensures your child doesn't get lost in the system.
Yes. When a Nevada school fails to provide required IEP services, Wynn Advocacy helps families document violations, request corrective action, and pursue due process or mediation when necessary. Our founder Stephanie Wynn has extensive experience holding CCSD and WCSD accountable for delivering the services outlined in your child's IEP.
Yes. Wynn Advocacy serves families across all of Nevada including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Clark County, Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and Washoe County. Our virtual-first approach means expert IEP advocacy is accessible to every Nevada family regardless of location.
Every journey starts with a candid conversation. Let our team determine the best path forward for your family — no obligation, no pressure.
Stephanie & her team are excited to meet you!
