You'll have a private 45-minute session with Stephanie Wynn where she reviews your child's current IEP or 504 situation, explains what the school is proposing, and gives you clear next steps.
Is this a legal consultation?
No. Wynn Advocacy provides educational advocacy, not legal advice. If your situation requires legal action, Stephanie will let you know and can refer you to appropriate resources.
What should I bring to the session?
Any IEP or 504 documents you've received from the school, evaluation reports, and a list of your top concerns. Don't worry if you don't have everything — Stephanie will work with what you have.
Can I get a refund if I need to reschedule?
Yes. If you need to reschedule, simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find a new time that works for you.
Do you only serve Nevada families?
While Stephanie is based in Nevada and specializes in Nevada special education law, she works with families across the country on IEP and 504 advocacy.
