Do you provide legal advice?
No. Wynn Advocacy provides educational advocacy guidance. We help you understand the IEP/504 process and your rights, but we are not attorneys and do not provide legal representation.
Do you only serve Nevada and Utah?
We specialize in Nevada and Utah, but we offer virtual consultations for families nationwide. The IEP process follows federal law (IDEA), so we can help with general guidance regardless of your state.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
For our $29 consultation, appointments are typically available within a few days. For the free 15-minute call, Stephanie will reach out within 1-2 business days to schedule.
What should I have ready before contacting you?
If you have your child's current IEP or 504 plan, that's helpful but not required. Even if you're just getting started, we can point you in the right direction.
